Mastering muscle-ups in just four weeks might sound ambitious, but with the right tools, focus, and determination, it’s entirely achievable.
When I set out on my muscle-up journey, three things made all the difference: the right gym, a high-quality weight vest, and a reliable dip belt.
These tools were critical in building the strength, endurance, and explosiveness required for success.

I used the 16 lbs Peak Resistance Weight Vest, and it was a game-changer.
Unlike many weight vests that feel bulky or restrictive, this one is comfortable and practical for pull-ups.
The snug fit ensures you can move freely without distractions, making it perfect for building the explosive strength necessary for muscle-ups.

The third tool in my arsenal was a dip belt, specifically one from the Hemera Phit brand.
Unfortunately, this particular belt is discontinued, but in my experience, the brand doesn’t matter much when it comes to dip belts.
Most dip belts function the same way, providing the support you need to add weight to exercises like pull-ups, dips, and chin-ups.
