Hey everyone,
I often get asked about the vitamins and supplements I use to support my fitness journey.
While everyone’s body is different and what works for me might not work for you, I’d love to share my daily stack of supplements and why I include each one.
Remember, I’m not a doctor—I’m simply sharing what I’ve found beneficial for myself.
Always consult with your healthcare provider before adding any new supplements to your routine.
Creatine is a staple in my regimen. I take a daily dose of creatine monohydrate because it helps increase my strength, power, and muscle mass.
It works by replenishing ATP stores in my muscles, which boosts performance during high-intensity workouts.
Since adding creatine to my routine, I’ve noticed noticeable gains in my lifting capacity and overall workout endurance.
Protein is vital for muscle recovery and growth. I rely on whey protein to hit my daily protein goals, especially post-workout.
Whey is fast-digesting, which means it gets into my system quickly to kickstart muscle repair.
It also helps me feel full and supports lean muscle maintenance, fueling my recovery and helping me stay on track with my fitness goals.
I take zinc daily to support immune function, metabolism, and muscle repair.
Zinc is crucial for hormone production, including testosterone, which plays a role in muscle growth.
It also helps in wound healing and can improve the immune system, keeping me healthy and ready to train consistently.
Vitamin C is another essential part of my daily routine.
It’s a powerful antioxidant that helps protect my cells from damage, supports collagen production for joint health, and boosts my immune system.
I usually take it with meals to ensure I get the benefits throughout the day, aiding in recovery and overall wellness.
Sunlight isn’t always enough, especially during the winter months, so I supplement with Vitamin D3.
This vitamin is key for bone health, immune function, and even mood regulation.
Since starting Vitamin D3, I’ve felt more energetic and noticed fewer colds or illness—plus, it supports my workouts by keeping my bones strong and resilient.
CLA, or conjugated linoleic acid, is something I take to help manage body composition.
It’s believed to support fat metabolism and lean muscle retention.
While it’s not a miracle pill, I’ve found that CLA 1000 complements my diet and exercise routine, helping me stay lean and aiding in the reduction of body fat over time.
L-Arginine is an amino acid I include for its role in boosting nitric oxide production.
This helps improve blood flow to muscles during workouts, enhancing performance and recovery.
Since taking L-Arginine, I feel like I get a better “pump” during training, and my endurance has improved.
Fish oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for heart health, reducing inflammation, and supporting joint health.
I take fish oil daily to keep my joints lubricated and to reduce any muscle soreness from intense workouts.
It’s also great for overall brain health and cardiovascular support.
Magnesium is known for its calming effects and its role in muscle function.
Magnesium glycinate, which I take before bed, helps me relax, supports muscle recovery, and promotes a good night’s sleep.
Since adding this supplement, I’ve noticed a reduction in muscle cramps and a better quality of rest, both of which are essential for recovery.
Maca root is my go-to adaptogen for boosting energy, stamina, and mood.
I take Maca powder in the morning to kickstart my day.
It helps with balancing hormones, increasing libido, and supporting overall vitality.
It’s a natural way to keep me energized and focused throughout the day, both in and out of the gym.
These are the supplements I personally take daily, and they’ve become an integral part of my fitness and wellness routine.
Each one plays a specific role in supporting my health, performance, and recovery.
However, it’s important to remember that I’m not a doctor—I’m sharing what works for me.
Before adding any new supplements to your regimen, please consult with your healthcare provider to ensure they’re right for you.
Stay healthy, stay informed, and keep pushing towards your fitness goals!
Cheers to a healthier you,
Devin Georgestone
